Length Maximum 7 Minutes + Credits Maximum 15 Seconds
Content & Style
  • ‘Live Action’ or Animation
  • Connection to Estonia or Estonians
  • Must be a Documentary or Docudrama
  • Has not been screend anywhere before October 31, 2015
Format DVD or Blu-ray (2 copies required) or electonic file (h.264)
Categories
  • Amateurs
  • Professionals
  • Students Registered as a full time student during the creation of the film.

*Submit proof of enrolment with DVD.
Due Date To be received in Toronto no later than 23 September 2015
Prizes Total $2,800 (CDN). The first prize is currently contemplated to be $1,000 and the audience award $300. Other prize amounts may be awarded in the various categories at the discretion of the independent jury. The jury can add or change the categories.
