The Last Prince examines the possibility of balancing daily living with being an aristocrat in Estonia’s fast-paced, modern-day cultural sphere. Peeter Volkonski, known for his colourful persona, is an Estonian rock musician, composer, actor, and theatre director. His first claim to fame was with the famous punk band Propeller, which he founded in 1978. The film explores a creative life that monotony, or Peeter’s relationships with his wife and children, could kill at any moment and the veneer of his princely heritage.
